Am I Lonely or Just Unmet?

You can have friends, a partner, a busy social life and plenty of people around you and still feel lonely.

Sometimes loneliness is not about needing more people. It is about something important not being met in the relationships you already have.

This short Check-In gives you a chance to think about emotional connection, friendship, intimacy, sex and belonging. There are no right answers, and this exercise is not a psychological assessment or diagnosis.

It takes about 2 to 3 minutes.

Your answers are private, just for you, and are not sent to Bent Couch.
