Starting Counselling?

We begin with a simple conversation

There is no pressure to have it all figured out

We go at a pace that feels manageable and focus on what matters most to you

Over time, we make sense of what is happening and find ways forward that feel steady and realistic

We work with practical, evidence-informed approaches such as talk-based therapy, cognitive behavioural strategies and acceptance-based work, tailored to your needs

Counselling is not about fixing you. It is about helping you understand your patterns and move forward with greater clarity
